End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the DeepSleep app (“App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of service

DeepSleep suggests wake-up times based on 90-minute sleep cycles, using your current time and fall-asleep duration. On iOS 26 and later, it lets you set alarms through AlarmKit.

2. Acceptable use

• You may use the App only for lawful purposes and personal use.
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App without authorization.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. Alarms and system permissions

Setting alarms requires AlarmKit permission on your device. Notification permission may be requested as a fallback. If you deny permissions, related features may not work. You can manage permissions anytime in iOS Settings → DeepSleep.

4. Health and medical disclaimer

Sleep cycle calculations and recommendations provided by the App are for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional for sleep disorders, chronic fatigue, or other health concerns. exlinetr is not liable for health outcomes resulting from use of the App.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

If in-app subscriptions or purchases are offered:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, billing may begin when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logo, and content are owned by or licensed to exlinetr. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is.” exlinetr is not liable for data loss, missed alarms, device incompatibility, or indirect damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (zero for free use).

8. Termination

You may stop using the App by removing it from your device. We reserve the right to restrict access if you violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
