exlinetr (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy when you use the DeepSleep app (“App”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• On-device preferences: Settings such as fall-asleep duration are stored only on your device (UserDefaults) and are not sent to our servers.
• Alarm data: Alarms you set are managed by Apple through the iOS AlarmKit framework. This data is processed at the system level outside the app.
• Notification permission: If notifications are used as an alarm fallback, your permission status is stored on your device; content is not transmitted to our servers.

2. Data we do not collect

DeepSleep does not collect location, health data, personal media, contacts, or browsing history. We do not use in-app analytics or third-party advertising SDKs.

3. Third parties

• Apple: The App is distributed through the App Store. If subscriptions or in-app purchases are offered, payment is processed by Apple; we do not have access to your payment card details.
• Apple StoreKit: Apple’s infrastructure may be used to verify purchases. Transaction records are subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

4. Data retention and security

Your preference data remains on your device; deleting the app removes this data. We do not store personal data on our servers.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Your rights

Because your data is largely stored on your device, uninstalling the app is sufficient for deletion requests. For privacy-related requests under applicable law, contact us via the Support page.

7. Policy changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date on this page will be revised for material changes. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
