Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the InkTrace Stencil Studio mobile application operated by exlinetr ("Application Provider", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using InkTrace Stencil Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install, access, or use the Application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and exlinetr. By using InkTrace Stencil Studio, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
InkTrace Stencil Studio is specifically developed as a professional utility for tattoo artists, tattoo apprentices, and body art professionals.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, exlinetr grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use InkTrace Stencil Studio on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your professional or personal tattoo stencil preparation and printing purposes.
You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application or any underlying algorithms.
You retain all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to any artwork, photos, flash sheets, drawings, and stencil designs that you import into or generate using InkTrace Stencil Studio.
exlinetr claims no ownership over your artwork. Because image processing is performed locally on your device, we do not store, copy, or distribute your artwork.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to import and reproduce any images or reference designs you process through the Application.
InkTrace Stencil Studio is an image-processing and thermal-printing productivity tool only. It does not provide medical, dermatological, hygienic, or tattooing advice.
The professional artist remains solely responsible for inspecting stencil line accuracy, verifying anatomical placement, confirming proper mirroring, ensuring hygienic transfer paper application, and adhering to all local health, sterilization, and licensing regulations.
exlinetr assumes no responsibility or liability for stencil transfer errors, needle grouping mismatches, ink reactions, or tattoo outcomes.
InkTrace Stencil Studio offers a free tier as well as premium subscription options to access advanced features:
The free version allows you to generate up to two (2) stencils per calendar day with standard contrast adjustments. Unused daily stencils do not roll over.
InkTrace Stencil Studio Premium provides unlimited high-resolution stencil exports, multi-panel oversized printing, custom needle grouping calibrations, and thermal printer heat profiles. Subscription options include weekly and annual plans at rates displayed within the app and on the store storefront.
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device Account Settings.
Refund requests are governed by the payment terms and refund policies of Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We do not possess the technical or billing capability to issue direct refunds for app store transactions.
InkTrace Stencil Studio provides Bluetooth and AirPrint connectivity features intended to interface with third-party thermal tattoo printers (such as Ozer, Phomemo, and standard thermal hardware).
exlinetr is an independent software developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any printer manufacturer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or flawless hardware performance, as wireless stability and print head mechanics depend on third-party hardware, firmware, and thermal paper quality.

We respect your privacy choices. You maintain complete control over the permissions granted to the Application (Camera, Photo Library, Bluetooth, Local Network) through your operating system settings.

All rights, title, and interest in and to InkTrace Stencil Studio—including its source code, user interface design, icons, branding, proprietary line extraction algorithms, and thermal printer optimization profiles—remain the exclusive property of exlinetr and its licensors.
InkTrace Stencil Studio and associated logos are trademarks of exlinetr. All other product names, logos, and brands mentioned are property of their respective owners.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXLINETR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLY WITH EVERY THERMAL PRINTER MODEL OR OPERATING SYSTEM UPDATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EXLINETR, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF ARTWORK, TATTOO APPLICATION ERRORS, OR HARDWARE MALFUNCTIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless exlinetr from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party copyright, or tattoo services performed by you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which exlinetr is established, excluding its conflicts of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
