• User Content / Artwork: Photographs, digital artwork, reference designs, sketches, and generated stencil files that you import, capture, edit, or print using the Application.

• Device Data: Technical and operational information concerning your mobile device, operating system, and connected peripherals (such as thermal printers).

2. Information We Collect and Process

We collect minimal data necessary to deliver the features of InkTrace Stencil Studio. The types of information processed include:

2.1 Imported Artwork and Photos

When you import an image from your photo library or capture a drawing with your device camera, the Application accesses the image solely to apply edge detection, contrast adjustments, mirroring, and thermal printer formatting. This processing occurs strictly on your device.

2.2 Device & Peripheral Information

To establish and maintain wireless communication with thermal stencil printers, the Application queries local Bluetooth and network interfaces. We may also detect hardware identifiers, operating system versions, and printer model names strictly to apply the appropriate thermal heat profile and page layout.

2.3 In-App Purchases and Subscription Data

If you purchase an InkTrace Stencil Studio subscription or unlock premium features, transactions are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive, process, or store your credit card or financial details. We receive only anonymized transaction tokens and subscription status confirmations.

2.4 Customer Support Inquiries

If you contact our support team at support@exlinetr.com, we receive your email address, message contents, and any optional diagnostic attachments you choose to send us to assist with troubleshooting.

3. On-Device Processing and Artwork Confidentiality

Protecting the privacy and intellectual property of tattoo artists is central to the design of InkTrace Stencil Studio.

4. Device Permissions and Why We Request Them

To provide seamless stencil extraction and printing, InkTrace Stencil Studio requests access to specific device capabilities:

• Photo Library Access: Required to import reference pictures, flash designs, and sketches for stencil conversion, and to save exported stencils back to your camera roll if requested.
• Camera Access: Required if you choose to photograph physical paper sketches, client flash, or direct drawings using your device camera.
• Bluetooth Permissions: Required to discover, pair with, and transmit stencil print data to compatible wireless thermal printers (e.g., Ozer, Phomemo).
• Local Network Access: Required to discover and communicate with AirPrint-enabled wireless printers on your local Wi-Fi network.

5. How We Use Collected Information

We use the limited technical and operational information we collect strictly for the following legitimate business purposes:

• To execute core application functions, including image vectorization, line extraction, real-size locking, and multi-panel page division.
• To establish reliable Bluetooth and AirPrint connections with thermal stencil hardware.
• To verify subscription entitlements and enforce free tier daily stencil allowances.

6. Third-Party Services and Analytics

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or artwork. InkTrace Stencil Studio relies on a limited set of trusted service providers:

6.1 App Store Platforms

Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play Store (Google LLC) handle app distribution, purchase billing, receipts, and subscription renewals in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

6.2 Privacy-Preserving Diagnostics

We may utilize privacy-focused, aggregated diagnostic frameworks to monitor crash rates and fatal errors. Diagnostic data collected contains no artwork, no client identifiers, and no location data beyond broad device model and OS version information.

7. Data Retention, Security, and Children's Privacy

Because InkTrace Stencil Studio processes your stencil artwork locally, we retain zero copies of your designs on external infrastructure. When you delete a stencil or uninstall the Application, all cached files and local settings are permanently removed from your device.

We implement industry-standard security safeguards, including encrypted sandboxed local storage on iOS/Android, to protect local app configurations and license tokens.

InkTrace Stencil Studio is a professional utility intended for tattoo artists, apprentices, and body art studios. It is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

8. Your Rights, Data Choices, and Contact Details

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), including the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of personal information held by us (such as support emails).

You may grant, revoke, or modify device permissions (Camera, Photos, Bluetooth, Local Network) at any time through your device's Settings menu. Revoking certain permissions will restrict related features, such as wireless printing or direct camera capture.
