How does Teeth Fix work?
Teeth Fix uses AI to apply dental-style enhancements to your photo. Upload a clear selfie or portrait, choose a treatment (alignment, braces removal, whitening, or all-in-one), generate, then unlock the result with credits. Processing usually takes a few seconds.
What image formats are supported?
We support JPG and PNG formats. Images should be clear and well-lit for best results. Higher resolution images may take slightly longer to process.
How do credits work?
Each unlocked result costs 1 credit. Credits are only deducted when you successfully unlock a result. If an error occurs, your credits are preserved. Subscription and pack names, credit counts, and prices are shown in the app and App Store for your region (example US references: weekly starter, monthly pro, monthly elite).
Is my data secure?
Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your photos are processed securely on our servers to generate dental enhancement previews. Processed results are stored locally on your device. We do not permanently store your original photos on our servers.
What if processing fails?
If processing fails due to a technical error, your credits will not be deducted. You can retry the process or contact our support team for assistance.
Can I access my results offline?
Yes. Unlocked results are stored locally on your device. Open Process History from the side menu—even without an internet connection.
How do I get the rating reward?
After your first successful treatment, you may see an offer for a one-time credit reward in exchange for rating the app. This reward is limited once per user account, as described in the in-app prompt.
Troubleshooting
App crashes or won't start
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
Processing takes too long
Processing typically takes 2-3 seconds. If processing takes longer than 30 seconds, please check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.
Can't purchase credits
Ensure you have a stable internet connection and valid payment method. Check your App Store account settings. If issues persist, contact billing support.
Results not as expected
AI results depend on image quality, lighting, and how clearly teeth are visible. For best results, use a clear, well-lit selfie or portrait. Contact support if you're consistently unsatisfied with results.
Can't see my process history
Make sure you've successfully unlocked at least one result. Process history is stored locally on your device. If you've cleared app data, your history may be lost. Contact support if you believe there's a technical issue.
