1. Terms

By accessing this app, you are agreeing to be bound by these app Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this app. The materials contained in this app are protected by copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials in Teeth Fix for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Teeth Fix;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in printed or electronic format.

3. Disclaimer

All the materials in Teeth Fix are provided "as is". Teeth Fix makes no warranties, whether expressed or implied, and therefore disclaims all other warranties. Furthermore, Teeth Fix does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its app or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this app.

4. Limitations

Teeth Fix or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on Teeth Fix, even if Teeth Fix or an authorized representative of this app has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Teeth Fix may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Teeth Fix does not warrant that any of the materials on its app are accurate, complete, or current. Teeth Fix may change the materials contained on its app at any time without notice. Teeth Fix does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

Teeth Fix has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by Teeth Fix of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. App Terms of Use Modifications

Teeth Fix may revise these Terms of Use for its app at any time without prior notice. By using this app, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

9. Governing Law

Any claim related to Teeth Fix shall be governed by the laws of Turkey without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. AI smile and dental-style preview services

Teeth Fix provides users with the ability to apply AI-assisted dental-style enhancements to photos for preview and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Teeth Fix does not replace professional dental diagnosis or treatment. Available treatment types in the app include:

• Teeth alignment: Straighter, more even-looking teeth in the image
• Remove braces: Visual removal of braces, brackets, or wires
• Whitening: Natural-looking brighter teeth in the image
• All (combined): A single edit combining alignment, braces removal (if applicable), and whitening

Results vary by photo quality and content. Images are for personal use only and remain subject to the Use License above.

11. Subscriptions & Purchases

Subscriptions — Teeth Fix offers optional subscription plans that provide recurring credits to unlock use of premium features, including AI dental enhancement previews and options described in the app. Purchasing a subscription is your choice; what is available with or without a subscription is shown in the app.

In-App Purchases — Subscriptions and add-on credit packs are sold through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and billing according to Apple’s terms and your Apple ID account. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Renewal & Cancellation — Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

The sections below provide additional detail (plans, credits, refunds, and legal references).

11.1 Auto-renewable subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same duration and price (or then-current price) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is offered for a plan, Apple’s terms and the terms shown on the purchase sheet apply. Any unused portion of a trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as described at purchase time.

The following membership plans are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. Titles, credit amounts, and billing periods match the in-app and App Store product information. Prices vary by country or region; the price in effect is always the one displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase or renewal.

• Starter Pack (weekly): Auto-renewing every 1 week. Includes 15 credits per billing period (unless a different amount is shown in the app or App Store). Example reference price (US): $4.99 / week — actual price is shown in your local App Store currency.
• Pro Pack (monthly): Auto-renewing every 1 month. Includes 75 credits per billing period (unless a different amount is shown in the app or App Store). Example reference price (US): $14.99 / month.
• Pro Elite Pack (monthly): Auto-renewing every 1 month. Includes 200 credits per billing period (unless a different amount is shown in the app or App Store). Example reference price (US): $29.99 / month.

Plan titles, credit counts, and prices are always subject to what is displayed in the App Store and in-app at the time of purchase.

11.2 One-time purchases (extra credits)

Active subscribers may be offered a one-time credit pack (non-subscription) to add credits without changing their subscription. This purchase does not renew automatically. The current product grants 15 extra credits (as shown in the app). Availability and price are shown at purchase time in the App Store.

11.3 Credits — grant, use, and periods

• Credits are licensed for use only inside Teeth Fix to unlock preview generations. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or goods outside the app.
• Credits included with a subscription are granted for each billing period as described in the app. Unless we state otherwise in the app, credits from a subscription period do not roll over to the next period; each new period includes the credit allocation defined for that plan.
• Credits from one-time purchases are consumed as you use the service and are subject to the same non-transferability rules.
• Using a credit to unlock a result consumes that credit; consumed credits are not restored if you delete content, reinstall the app, or cancel a subscription.

11.4 No refunds (Application Provider) — billing through Apple

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Subject to mandatory consumer protection law where it applies, purchases are considered final. The Application Provider does not operate an independent refund system: refund and billing decisions are handled through Apple’s Report a Problem and related Apple support flows, at Apple’s discretion and in line with Apple’s policies.

We do not guarantee credits or cash refunds for partially used subscription periods, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with AI preview results, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11.5 Price and product changes

We may change prices, subscription plans, credit allocations, or product availability for future purchase or renewal periods as permitted by Apple and applicable law. The price and terms in effect are those shown on the App Store at the time you confirm a purchase or renewal.

11.6 Standard Apple EULA

Your use of the Licensed Application is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable, in addition to these Terms.

12. Photo Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos you upload to Teeth Fix. We do not claim ownership of your original content. Your photos are processed on our servers only for the purpose of providing the requested enhancement previews. Processed results are stored locally on your device. We do not use your photos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

13. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, process, or share content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, threatening, or offensive material
• Violates privacy rights of individuals
• Contains malware or malicious code

14. Service Availability

Teeth Fix strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without prior notice.

15. Rating Incentive Program

Teeth Fix may offer a one-time credit reward for users who rate the app. This reward is provided once per user account and is subject to the following conditions:

• The reward is granted when the user taps the rating button, regardless of the actual rating given
• Apple does not provide feedback on whether a user actually rated the app
• The reward is limited to one per user account
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time
