Apps distributed through the App Store are licensed, not sold, to you. DocReader ("PicToPDF: JPG, Photo to PDF") is a third-party Licensed Application provided by exlinetr ("we", "us", "our"), and your use of it is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement in addition to the supplemental terms below. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA regarding minimum requirements, these Terms shall control.
By downloading, installing, or using DocReader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
By accessing DocReader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Permission is granted to use DocReader for personal, non-commercial document and photo conversion purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app, remove any proprietary notices, or transfer your license to another party.
This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.
DocReader is provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the results produced by the app.
In no event shall exlinetr be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or files) arising out of the use or inability to use DocReader, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
The materials and information within DocReader may contain technical or typographical errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current, and we may make changes at any time without notice.
DocReader may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have not reviewed all of these sites and are not responsible for their content. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use DocReader after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
DocReader lets you scan, import, and convert photos and documents into PDF files directly on your device. As described in our Privacy Policy, all file creation, scanning, and PDF compilation is performed locally on your device; we do not upload, view, or store the contents of your files on any server.
Certain advanced features (such as unlimited conversions, batch processing, or an ad-free experience) may be offered exclusively to subscribers as described in Section 11 below.
DocReader offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's in-app purchase system, and Apple's payment terms apply.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and you will be identified of the cost of the renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings; no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed by Apple. Purchases are final, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. exlinetr does not operate an independent refund system; refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple ID purchase history.
We may change subscription plans, features included with a plan, or pricing for future subscription periods. Any such change will not affect a period you have already paid for, and where required, we will provide notice of price changes in accordance with Apple's guidelines.
Your use of DocReader and any auto-renewable subscription is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
You retain full ownership of all photos, scans, and documents you import into or create with DocReader. As all processing happens locally on your device, we never access, transmit, or claim any rights over your content.
You agree not to use DocReader to scan, convert, or store content that: violates any applicable law; infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party; contains malware or malicious code; or is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
We strive to keep DocReader available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
