Welcome to DocReader. These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DocReader mobile application ("App") provided by the Application Provider.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Application Provider. By using DocReader, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on compatible mobile devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.
The App, including its original source code, user interface, features, functionality, and official branding, is and remains the exclusive property of the Application Provider and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any images, captures, or PDF files that you import or generate using DocReader.
Since DocReader performs all image-to-PDF conversions locally on your device, you are solely responsible for securing, managing, and creating backups of your documents. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from app deletion or device failure.
As a condition of your use of the App, you agree not to use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
DocReader may offer optional premium features, subscription packages, or one-time purchases as detailed within the App and the App Store.
All payments are handled securely through the App Store or Google Play billing systems. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renew in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective purchase policies.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will meet all your requirements, run uninterrupted or error-free, or that PDF conversions will be completely free of visual or structural inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or device malfunction, arising out of your access to or use of the App.
We respect your privacy choices. Because DocReader does not upload your files, you retain ultimate control over your data. You can manage access permissions for your Camera and Photos at any time within your device's system settings.
You may also decline to share anonymous diagnostic reports by adjusting the relevant settings inside the App or within your device's privacy options.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Application Provider operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms, or update the features of the App, at any time. Material changes will be communicated via app updates or app store listings. By continuing to use the App after modifications take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
If you have any questions or feedback regarding these Terms, please contact us using the support email provided in the App Store listing.
