Purchase of credits is final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Credits have no monetary value outside of the Morphia app and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded. Credits are consumed when processing photos and cannot be restored once used.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload to Morphia. We do not claim ownership of your original content. Your photos are processed on our servers only for the purpose of providing the requested AI transformations. We do not use your photos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
